Who we are
This website is operated by El Ghoul – Araji Law Firm, a law firm based at Nemer Building, First Floor, Jean Claude Boulos Street, Achrafieh, Beirut, Lebanon. This notice explains how this website handles information you send us, and what it does with your visit.
What we collect through this website
The only place this website asks you for information is the enquiry form. It collects what you choose to provide: your name, your email address, an optional telephone number, the subject you select and your message.
Submissions are delivered to the firm by email so that we can reply to you. The website itself does not store them. Our mail system keeps a log of the messages it sends, recording the subject line, the recipient address and whether delivery succeeded — but not the message body. That subject line contains the name you entered, so the log does hold information about you: ask us and we will delete it.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to arrange a consultation. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell or rent them.
Please do not send confidential or privileged material through the form. Describe your matter briefly and we will arrange an appropriate way to continue the conversation.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
This website runs no advertising and no third-party analytics service. We do not build a profile of your visit, and we do not sell or share information about it.
It can store one optional cookie, and it stores it only if you accept it. That cookie records how you reached the site — the campaign, link or search result you arrived from — so that we can see which of our own communications bring visitors here. It lasts 90 days, it stays in your browser, and it is never shared. If you decline, it is not set at all, and the site behaves exactly the same.
When you answer the cookie notice, we also store your answer itself so that we do not ask you again. That second cookie contains only your choice and nothing else, and it lasts one year.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing the cookies this site has set in your browser: the notice will appear again and you can answer differently. Nothing on the site depends on accepting — the enquiry form works either way.
One part of the page is not served from our own server. The typefaces are requested from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which means Google receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads. No other third-party service is loaded.
Links to external services, such as WhatsApp or Google Maps, take effect only when you choose to follow them. Those providers then apply their own policies.
How long we keep information
Enquiries are kept in the firm’s email for as long as they are needed to handle your matter or to meet our professional obligations. You may ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about an enquiry, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, contact the office at contact@ghoularaji.com or on +961 76 728 278.
No attorney–client relationship
Sending the enquiry form, or any other message to the firm, does not by itself create an attorney–client relationship. That relationship begins only once the firm has agreed to act for you.
Changes to this notice
If the website or our practices change, we will update this notice. The version published on this page is always the current one.
